There was absolutely no pressure on his part for me to buy that vehicle, but when I made the decision to buy the Terrain, he treated me as though I was the only customer he had. He explained every feature on the Terrain and made sure that I understood everything. His professionalism and complete knowledge of the Terrain were very evident. When I take my Terrain in for service S&K, he always makes it a point to greet me and visit for a few minutes. After I purchased the Terrain, he was quick to answer any questions that I had.
