Oustanding Service, Friendly Dealership My wife and I had been referred to Concord Cars by friends of ours, so we pulled into their lot looking for a specific vehicle. They didn't have the one we were looking for, but they did have a similar vehicle that we loved. Working with Jacob throughout the process, he was always friendly and willing to accommodate us as we test drove the vehicle and took it for the day to get it inspected by our mechanic. Jacob's communication with us was very helpful and thorough. Once we made the decision to purchase the vehicle, we worked with Mike to close out the deal. Mike too was very friendly and helpful, clearly explaining all of the details we needed to know regarding the financing process. I had shopped for rates outside of the dealership, but in the end we financed through Concord Cars because they were able to get us better interest rates. Everyone we encountered at the dealership were very friendly. He stayed more than an hour after closing answering our questions and sharing important details about the process. At no time did we feel pressured like we had at other dealers. He even had the car sent to a location closer to our house to fix the minor scratches we observed and then we picked it up from there. Paul was honest, friendly and upfront.
