Helpful, Quite satisfied with my purchase I wanted to trade in my 2008 T&C for a newer T&C with less than 40,000 miles. I had specific needs I wanted. The website had a baby blue 2016 which I found on a friday night I called and talked to Kevin on the phone because I could not get there over the weekend due to my schedule He offered to hold the car with a small refundable deposit which was awesome and we arranged to test drive Tuesday. In the meantime I decided I really wanted the package that includes heated steering wheel because with Raunauds disease cold triggers painfully cold hands in the winter. Unfortunately the beautiful blue car was not equipped with that feature.. I test drove it anyway while they determined trade value for my car. When I got back Kevin said he didn't think I should get that car because I would be disappointed in it which is correct. He offered up a 2018 white Dodge Grand Caravan with the features I wanted at their other lot and drove me to that lot. We had a nice chat I drove that car back and it was everything I wanted but baby blue ( white was my second choice) I love the car. They gave better trade than another dealer He and my bank figured out balance I needed to finance after my trade and banks service policy and my down payment. I had left something in the car at the other lot which Kevin had waiting for me when I returned to get my new car, He showed me how to work the new to me features, paired my phone for blue tooth for me and agreed to have second key fab made. All went smoothly. I am enjoying "Snow White" (car's name) More
