Kevin explained to me, and in many cases showed me, how these features work, and Mr. Baily provided all this information in a patient manner making sure I didn't feel overwhelmed. The price I got was better than I had hoped for, absolutely no complaints on that end. The paperwork was expediently dispatched and, once again, well explained. The dealership itself was clean and well maintained and the staff were polite and cordial. I was very satisfied with the whole experience!
