Best finacial experience I have ever had! I'm not from around here. Started out at The Car Company. WORST mistake!!! Not a warm happy greeting when you walk in the door. Sales people sitting a I'm not from around here. Started out at The Car Company. WORST mistake!!! Not a warm happy greeting when you walk in the door. Sales people sitting at their desks on YouTube on their desk computers and on their phones. I could not sit down with my sales person because I assume their friends were all sitting around their desks. They did not let me test drive the vehicle alone. The list goes on. Next day contacted Concord Cars. I got Kevin and from just hearing him on the phone was a sigh of relief. He took the time to text me the rest of the day at work to get everything I was wanting before my appointment. Kevin was with another customer when I arrived. Another salesman greeted me and he had the same welcoming down to earth feeling. There was no sales pitches or games. They really care to get you what you are looking for car wise and finacial wise unlike other places that try once and you either take the deal or they let you walk. This place is best for everyone whether you have no financial ties or if you do they do everything above and beyond to try and help you. I could go on and on but by far one of the best business experiences of my 37 years!!! I'm sure they are all wonderful but Kevin was just perfect so ask for him and see for yourself! 😁👍 More

I did my shopping online and found the car I wanted. I was concerned if I could purchase the car because I was upside down on my car loan but Josh took car of that for me. The only issue I had is that only after I purchased the vehicle I realized it had been partially repainted and that fact wasn't pointed out to me, but hey, that is my fault for not taking more time to inspect the vehicle. To be honest I was so distracted by those pinstripes I wanted off that I didn't notice the difference in the paint until it was too late. I checked online and there wasn't any accidents involving the car so I was a bit relieved by that fact. More
