Feel good about Concord Cars I bought my first vehicle from Concord Cars over 10 years ago and had a great experience at that time. That's what made me come back a 2nd time. I narrowed my list to a Kia Soul or a Honda CR-V, and Concord had both in stock. For the budget and it being a 2016, I went with the Kia Soul. Terry was very easy to work with, understood my needs, and went one step beyond to have a minor tear in the back seat repaired before we finalized the sale. That was really important to me because even though it was a used car, it was new to me and so those details matter. I would buy another car from Concord, and I would ask to work with Terry again. We looked at several vans that they offer before we settled on our lovely 2011 Blue Dodge Grand Caravan. Our only mishap was the passenger air vents not blowing cold air with the AC on full blast and would rather blow warm to hot air.
