Excellent Troy Richards and the rest of the team at Concord Cars went above and beyond with customer service. Our buying experience was different to say the lea Troy Richards and the rest of the team at Concord Cars went above and beyond with customer service. Our buying experience was different to say the least. We live 4.5 hrs away from the dealership and also on a time constraint due to work schedules. Troy and the Concord Cars Team took pictures of the 12 passenger van we were interested in. Troy stayed in direct communication with us the whole time. I felt very comfortable buying this vehicle before physically seeing it. Troy was very fair with negotiations on a price... which is always the not fun part of buying a vehicle. Thank You again!
