Best Experience I've Ever Had With Buying A Car! From the moment of stepping onto the car lot, Joe went out of the way to make this overwhelming experience so much better. The entire car-purchasing experience was so stress-free and actually enjoyable. About 6 months after purchasing my vehicle, unfortunately I was involved in a minor accident. I contacted Joe to see if he was able to help me out with a rental car. He of course said yes, and made arrangements for me to take one off the lot that evening and actually borrow it for over 2 weeks. After being turned away and denied on credit applications I was ready to give up. Finally I was approved once Terry had found me a lender at the best rate I was able to obtain. In less than a few hours from submission of my credit application online I was driving away in my 2014 Ram 1500 at a lower rate and payment then I had planned to spend. I have had some credit problems so I was really reluctant to start the buying process when it was time to buy a new car. I had to been to some of the other big name dealerships in the area but more often than not I felt pressure and a feeling that the sales personnel were more interested in their commission instead of being interested in what I wanted or needed. Concord Cars and specifically Terry Lapierre made me feel that thaey were just as concerned that I get the best car at the best deal. There was no pressure and I didnt feel as though I had been punished for my past credit mistakes, I left with a great deal on a great car. I haven't stop smiling since I drove off the lot and I owe that to Terry and Concord Cars More
