Actually Painless I couldn't believe the experience I had with Concord Cars and with the sales rep who helped me. I came here based on recommendation, and my expectatio I couldn't believe the experience I had with Concord Cars and with the sales rep who helped me. I came here based on recommendation, and my expectations were far exceeded. The experience was completely painless and actually quite pleasant. Kevin was quick to assist me, but was not hovering when I was not ready to begin speaking to someone. I told him my unfortunate situation of unexpectedly needing a new car and being tight on funds. He did not try to upsell me at all, but showed me exactly what I needed to look at (I even checked the true value of the vehicles and found that their prices are very fair). I test-drove some possibilities, found the one I wanted, got financed (happily) very quickly, and drove out with my new car all in the same afternoon. They are even fixing a small crack I later found in the windshield for me! I was impressed and grateful for the service I received. I will be recommending Concord Cars to everyone and our family will be coming here first for all of our future vehicle needs.
