At S& E Auto I met Steve Cirino, manager, who understood that I had recently totaled my Nissan Altima. I was in an intense situation with my insurance company who wanted me to buy a vehicle quickly and he even let me take the car to my own mechanic to have it checked out. He was gracious, understanding and helped me to make the right choice in buying my new vehicle. The car was within my budget, came fully equipped and It has been over 1 year now. I have been very happy. On New Years Eve day, Chris Jaime, the other car salesman, helped me register the car on site, spent plenty of time with me and made my buying experience the highlight of the new year. Since that time I have been back to S & E for complimentary oil changes and visits. I have always been treated with the greatest respect. This auto dealership treats people with the highest standards. I was actually quite surprised given the auto dealership salesman I have dealt with before in the past. This is our third vehicle purchased from S&E Auto and our third time working with Steve. We were referred by some close friends in 2009 and honestly wish we had found them sooner. Most get intimidated or overwhelmed when it comes to car buying, but Steve and S&E have made it a no brainer for us. My wife makes fun of me b/c I don't feel like a "smart (or careful) consumer" unless I have shopped around at a few other dealerships. She has always been right b/c honestly, I haven't needed to. All three times NO ONE has been able to match or even come close to the quality and price we have received from S&E. Steve knows his stuff and is the most knowledgeable associate I've had the pleasure of working with in all my years buying cars. That's most of the reason S&E is able to offer the great deals that they do. They do their homework and really know what's out there. They get good quality cars and price them accurately to make the buying process worry free. It's where we take our cars for Service as well. Same deal - Quality and Price are great. From now on - One stop for me. S&E and that's it. No more wasted time trying to find better deals! More

The people here are friendly and helpful. I was a first time car buyer and they took the stress and confusion of buying a car completely out of the equation. They will work with you on your financing and throw in all kinds of awesome warrantees with the sale. They take care of all the legal stuff too (plates, inspection, registration, etc). I was previously dealing with another dealership, and they saying is true "If you don't take care of the customer, someone else will." And that's what these folks did, they took very good care of me. To them you're not just a potential sale, you're actually a person they get to know who you are. They own another place in Walpole, so if the car you're looking for isn't on their Weymouth lot, chances are its in Walpole. Seriously, check these guys out if you're looking for a car. More

I agree. This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I had to downsize my vehicle due to a divorce and was not feeling very good about it. I am a woman and the car buying experience, for me, is usually a horrendous experience. Dealers talk down to you or feel you have no brain cells when you walk on the lot. I dealt with Chris the sales manager. I knew more about the vehicles on the lot than he did and he was not ashamed to tell me so. He took his time and told me I could test drive as many vehicles as I wanted. I did. He treated me with respect and there was no pressure. They offered me $3,000.00 more than any other dealer on my trade in and I purchased my vehicle at what I considered a fair price. When asked what I thought of the deal I had made I said I felt I received an excellent trade in value and a fair price was paid on the new vehicle. Then came the financing. The owner, Eddie, another extremely decent gentleman got me 4.99% when everyone else was offering me way over 12% because of my lousy credit rating. I cannot tell you how happy I am with my purchase. I will be in the market for another car soon and would not go ANYWHERE but S & E Auto. Class Act, Class Business, Class Employees. A+++++ More
