Not happy. Was charged $150 for dealership to road test my Crosstrek and tell me the brakes are fine. Brake pedal is soft and too low. I have a valid warranty which "doesn't cover brakes". Our experience overall was very good, starting with the service adviser. The one complaint that we have is that the technicians use the radio and do not return it to the way they found it.
