My new truck wasn’t passing smog check so I took it to Northridge dealership without appointment and I was told I would have to leave my truck for about a week, so I decided to make appointment 3 weeks pr Northridge dealership without appointment and I was told I would have to leave my truck for about a week, so I decided to make appointment 3 weeks prior to recent visit explained the situation to the lady making appointment, once I arrived at dealership I was told that my truck was to be left until the following week! It makes no sense that you make an appointment if they want you to leave your vehicle for a week before it can be seen! I was very disappointed and would not recommend the dealership! More
I purchased my 2001 Yukon and 2015 Suburban from Rydell Chevrolet. I had always been satisfied with dealing with sales people and service assistants. This particular service didn’t go as well. It started o Chevrolet. I had always been satisfied with dealing with sales people and service assistants. This particular service didn’t go as well. It started off as getting an earliest appt at 10:30am. I arrived and completed the startup paperwork. I needed new front struts at 50,000 miles. I was told that my vehicle would be in the braking section of service and there was 2 vehs ahead of me. That afternoon I was advised that they were behind and it would be done on Friday. Friday rolled around and I was advised it would be ready on Monday or Tuesday. I picked up it on Tuesday. So four working days to finish with 2 cars in front of me is unsatisfactory. And vehicle wasn’t washed like it had been every other time I’ve had it serviced. I’m only supposing that there is only one skilled worker for brakes and suspension. I asked to pick up my vehicle to use for the weekend and was told that if I took it out from the dealership I would lose my spot in line..Needless to say. Very very disappointing More
