Jason (I do not know lastname) and David Joslyn went above and beyond to help me with my vehicles no start mystery problem. I had been in the service department for weeks with the mystery of my vehiclle above and beyond to help me with my vehicles no start mystery problem. I had been in the service department for weeks with the mystery of my vehiclle not starting. furstrating as xxxx because I would go home and the car would not start. I brought the car back and it would not fail for the service department to trouble shoot the problem. Finally after days of going back and forth Jason drove the vehicle for a few miles and returned back to the dealer the vehicile died. Jason and his team began to troubleshoot the probllem. Jason discovered the problema at 5:30pm and ended up fixing the problem the next morning and Dave Joslyn called me to pickup my vehicle. PROBLEM SOLVED so far. But the thing about this ordeal is that JASON committment to finding the problem and fixing the problem. I've been with RYDELL since 1999 when I bought a 2000 blazer, then in 2002 I bought a trail blazer. In 2012 I bought my first GMC Acadia, the following year 2013 I bought a second GMC Acadia. I am grateful to both Jason and David, thank you for your action in returning my vehicle to me. All the lady's in the service department are great. Unlike the zomies that work in the other departments and walk around the with A MAJOR ATTITUDE. thank you Jason. Thank David. More
