I am beyond disappointed and frankly furious with the way I was treated at this dealership. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, the red flags were obvious. The receptionist informed me there I was treated at this dealership. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, the red flags were obvious. The receptionist informed me there were no openings for over a week—fine, I waited. But when I finally brought my truck in, I was told by the service consultant that they wouldn’t even look at it for another 5 to 7 days. Are you serious? Why even have an appointment system if your idea of “service” is letting a customer’s vehicle sit in your lot for a week untouched? Why not have people bring their vehicles in when you’re actually ready to work on them? That’s basic logistics and customer respect—something clearly lacking here. When I questioned this absurd and completely inefficient process, I was rudely dismissed. The service consultant brushed me off like I was an inconvenience for daring to ask for a reasonable explanation. His response? “That’s just how we do things.” No effort to explain, no accountability—just a smug suggestion to take my vehicle elsewhere. In fact, he literally gave me the name of another dealership, like my business meant absolutely nothing. Well, message received loud and clear: Rydell Chevrolet does NOT value its customers, does NOT believe in good customer service, and has NO problem sending people away instead of trying to resolve an issue or provide even basic respect. This is hands down the most infuriating and unprofessional experience I’ve had at any dealership. If you care about your time, your vehicle, and being treated like an actual human being, take your business somewhere else. Anywhere else. More
