I had an oil change appointment at Rydell Chevrolet, and it took 3 hours and 30 minutes to get it done, even with an appointment scheduled. The wait felt quite long, and it made me wonder how much longer it it took 3 hours and 30 minutes to get it done, even with an appointment scheduled. The wait felt quite long, and it made me wonder how much longer it would have taken without an appointment. The service itself was fine, but I think they could improve the efficiency to better accommodate customers’ time. More

Two panels had to be repainted because the factory did a poor job and the battery was losing voltage.. The car was being wrapped in PPF when identified. The dealer graciously picked it up from the PPF shop, who left the affected panels unwrapped. After almost 2 weeks, the car was returned, with no paperwork from the dealer. Only the paperwork from my PPF shop, which was in a nice plastic folder was in the car.. The two who returned it said the battery had to be replaced. But all my memory settings were still intact. Maybe it has a secondary battery to retain those? I also found 2 ripped pieces of brand new installed PPF on the passenger side door, and on the corner in the door seam. So both the passenger side door and rear quarter panels will have to be re-wrapped, probably at a personal expense of $2K because I can’t trust that dealer with my car. Yes, you understand correctly, it was just wrapped, and they picked it up directly from the PPF shop, and now I have to repair the newly applied PPF on those 2 panels at a cost of ~$2K. More
