Rydell made me such a great lease offer on a new EV that, when I showed it to my experienced lease friends, they said they hadn't seen such a low rate since the 90s. True story. Armen, my sales rep, was diligent in getting me the best value possible, assuring that the rate I walked out with actually matched what was advertised. Most importantly, he never made me feel pressured during the test drive or offer process — I passed up a previous offer at a competing dealership for that reason.
