We had an excellent experience at Rydell. We came in to look at their used Chevy Equinox cars for our soon-to-be-driving twins. Our salesperson was Pedro and he was fantastic. Very knowledgea We came in to look at their used Chevy Equinox cars for our soon-to-be-driving twins. Our salesperson was Pedro and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the car and answered all of our questions. Wasn’t too pushy when we said we needed a day to determine if we wanted to buy one. When we decided we wanted to buy one, he offered to come in on his day off to help us (which he did). Offered us a great deal and we accepted. Renata was also a pleasure to work with when we worked out the financial details. Great dealership and excellent customer service!!! Thanks Rydell! More

The only thing that marred an otherwise great experience was the wait time for a Finance rep to close the deal. 2 hours! However, the sales reps, Chris Olman and George Sanchez were excellent in answering m was the wait time for a Finance rep to close the deal. 2 hours!
