We had not been to Rydell Chevrolet previously, but they appeared online showing exactly the used car we were seeking. Rydell was near our route on our return to Bakersfield from our Oceanside vacation, so appeared online showing exactly the used car we were seeking. Rydell was near our route on our return to Bakersfield from our Oceanside vacation, so we decided to visit them. Their customer parking was full, so we pulled into the service area parking right across from the model of car we were there to inspect. Fortunately an employee, Robert Torres, greeted us and confirmed that we were parked by the prospective purchase. Also fortunately for us, Bob Torres turned out to be the most helpful and chill sales associate we had ever met. After a demonstration drive we decided to buy. Bob pushed the initial paperwork through quickly and introduced us to Benito Jacobo who completed our documents right away. After the sale, Bob spent about half an hour with us in the car setting up our phones, connecting us to Onstar and explaining all the features of the car. I highly recommend Bob Torres and Rydell. More
