He worked diligently at getting me the best interest rate, explained everything well in layman's terms, communicated well with me anytime I had questions a week before making my decision, did not pressure me at any time and lastly, made sure he had met all of my car needs!!! I was very impressed with my overall car buying experience! I'd also like to give another shout-out to Fred who made the process of signing the paperwork very painlessly.
