Pedro was the ultimate professional, guiding me through my truck selection and patiently reviewing all of the controls on the vehicle. He even helped me move my large dog Kennel from my previous truck to my truck selection and patiently reviewing all of the controls on the vehicle. I purchased my 2001 Yukon and 2015 Suburban from Rydell Chevrolet. I had always been satisfied with dealing with sales people and service assistants. This particular service didn’t go as well. It started o Chevrolet. I had always been satisfied with dealing with sales people and service assistants. This particular service didn’t go as well. It started off as getting an earliest appt at 10:30am. I arrived and completed the startup paperwork. I needed new front struts at 50,000 miles. I was told that my vehicle would be in the braking section of service and there was 2 vehs ahead of me. That afternoon I was advised that they were behind and it would be done on Friday. Friday rolled around and I was advised it would be ready on Monday or Tuesday. I picked up it on Tuesday. So four working days to finish with 2 cars in front of me is unsatisfactory. And vehicle wasn’t washed like it had been every other time I’ve had it serviced. I’m only supposing that there is only one skilled worker for brakes and suspension. I asked to pick up my vehicle to use for the weekend and was told that if I took it out from the dealership I would lose my spot in line..Needless to say. Very very disappointing More

The dealership is OK but my car is defective. The starter motor went at 55,000 miles, the alternator at 65,000 miles and then the alternator went again at about 90,000 miles. Then you had the nerve to charge me $1400 to fix the car when you should have fixed it for nothing. I am waiting for my Toyota Highlander to come in so I can get rid of this piece of crap once and for all. More
