My son had his car returned to him in time to get back to school. We were all very satisfied with Ryan Ford. Weeks later, Brad Zook helped me with some warranty work on my car. He kept me informed as we waited for the part to be ordered. The repair was done fast, well, and I was treated very hospitably while I waited. I could have easily taken my vehicle to another ford dealership a lot closer to my home but due to a past experience with the other Ford dealer I decided to bring it to Ryan Ford. I made my appointment online for the next day. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted. I advised my service advisor, Mason Koch on the issues with the vehicle. Since they did not have the part needed I opted to leave my vehicle at the dealership. Mason advised he would call me the next day for a status on the part/vehicle. He was prompt. He called like he said he would and informed me of the status. Again he advised he would call again the next day which he did. This was the issue I have with the OTHER Ford dealer. They promised to call me and give me a status but never did. I was the one who had to call for updates on my vehicle. I would definitely recommend Ryan Ford to family and friends. I had a great Service experience at Ryan Ford I have a 2008 Ford Edge with approx. 115,000 miles and I thought that I had a transmission problem since there was an occasional hesitation while driv I have a 2008 Ford Edge with approx. 115,000 miles and I thought that I had a transmission problem since there was an occasional hesitation while driving. I explained my concerned to Mason Koch the Service Advisor that helped me and he got my vehicle into the shop within a few hours and by that afternoon I received a call from Mason who had some good news. The problem fortunately was not a bad transmission rather a problem with cylinder number five. Long story short a tune up solved my problem and I was able to pick the car up the following day. Mason also offers me a loaner vehicle which made my life a lot easier. Great Service and great Service Advisor!! David More
