Quick Service Service Advisors seemed to be very efficient. They did a nice job getting my truck in and out on the same day. I had a transmission reprogrammed. Air Bag Inflator Recall After receiving a recall on my 2008 Mustang for the air bag inflator recall I finally received a 2nd letter that parts were finally available. I called Ryan Ford on the morning of Wednesday May 1st and talked to the service department. Indeed parts were available and to bring in the car that morning. I dropped off the car at noon and was called before 3pm that the car was ready. I picked up the car at noon the following day, I had a 5 minute check-in and a 5 minute check-out from 2 very nice service counter personnel. I was asked to write a review if I had time available and I agreed. I was given the card of a Tyler Wallace (Service Adviser). My overall experience was excellent and I now have a safe car to drive after a year of waiting. More
