Warranty Work Completed No Hassles I purchased a 2015 Ford F250 King Ranch from Ryan Ford in June 2015. I love my truck! I brought it in for service on 08/24/16 due to a check engine I purchased a 2015 Ford F250 King Ranch from Ryan Ford in June 2015. I love my truck! I brought it in for service on 08/24/16 due to a check engine light. They had the part in stock that needed to be replaced, changed out both batteries that were leaking and addressed my concerns on a couple of other small issues, no hassles, no problems. My 2015 edge was having some issues, called the service department Brad (very easy going and professional service manager) scheduled me the earliest possible appointment right away. When I brought in the vehicle today, they initially cant find the code. Unlike some dealership, the service department at Ryan Ford trust every word I say on what happend to the car and made an effort to reproduce the issue. Once they reproduced the issue they pin point the cause right away and have it fixed within 2 hrs. And Brad keeps me informed through out the entire process while I wait. All personel I dealt with in service department are extremly nice and very professioanl. Now aday is hard to find another dealership that put customer's interest as first piority like Ryan Ford. Keep it up! More

Wonderful Experience Unfortunately, I accidentally backed into my bar-b-que pit and broke the passenger side tail light. I called Ryan Ford and spoke to Mason. I made the appointment - they took my car right back on time and it was repaired much faster than I thought. I highly recommend Ryan Ford - and Mason, Tyler and Brad.
