This is our third truck that we have purchased from Ryan and we both feel that this is our dealership for purchases and for service. The service group gives us fair dollar and time estimates. The waiting area is very comfortable with coffee, water, and WiFi available. I don't mind waiting when I know up front about how long it will take and I have a comfortable place to wait. And, of course, being greeted by Henri is always enjoyable!! More

Ryan Ford Customer for Life! Recently we purchased a King Ranch Edition F150 from Curtis Markland at Ryan Ford. This was our second vehicle to purchase from Curtis at Ryan Ford. Recently we purchased a King Ranch Edition F150 from Curtis Markland at Ryan Ford. This was our second vehicle to purchase from Curtis at Ryan Ford. I must say the experience was AWESOME both times. He was extremely helpful and found my family the exact vehicle we were looking for. We didn't have to spend a whole day at the dealership. Curtis had everything ready to go. We stopped by after work, completed all the paperwork and were home in time for dinner. I can't say enough good things about Curtis and all the Ryan Ford Staff. I can say this my family and I will continue to purchase all our vehicles at Ryan Ford. We have taken our vehicle in for service a few times and I must say they have been wonderful too! Tyler Wallace and Brad Zook understand how your time is valuable. They will get your vehicle all taken care of and back on the road in no time. There were times I was told it would be a day or two before I would get my truck back, but that wasn't the case. I would get a call before the end of the day that the service was complete and my truck is ready for pickup. Now that's service! Honestly, I can't say enough wonderful things about Ryan Ford.
