Starting vacation with a dead dashboard display! We pulled into Ryan Ford on the first morning of our vacation to West Texas with a dead dashboard display. Tyler Wallace was our service advisor and We pulled into Ryan Ford on the first morning of our vacation to West Texas with a dead dashboard display. Tyler Wallace was our service advisor and was honest with us in telling us that we came on a busy day and our car may not be looked at for two hours. We set ourselves up in the excellent and spotless clean waiting room expecting a long wait. Unknown to us, Tyler was juggling his schedule and jobs and got us squeezed in with the right technician. It was discovered that we needed a new battery! Tyler showed me the read out and I saw that it said replacement of battery was recommended. We decided to have it replaced. Tyler got us finished and back on vacation within an hour! I am certain that Tyler went above and beyond because he cared! Excellent dealership, excellent service from Tyler Wallace! Thank you Tyler!
