Instead of putting the tire back on and not saying anything, the service team at Ryan Ford wanted to keep my truck to make sure the tire issue was resolved. Mason Saves the Day Great Service Saturday morning we headed out to go to Houston and when we go into Sealy our air conditioning went out and our battery light came on. We were 2 mile Saturday morning we headed out to go to Houston and when we go into Sealy our air conditioning went out and our battery light came on. We were 2 miles from Ryan Ford. We made it there and we really needed to get to some places that day and we were on a tight schedule. They did not have any cars available. However, Mason made it possible to have one of their drivers drop my daughter off at a friends house (which was our first stop) and then have him take us home which is 20 minutes from the dealership so we can get our car. We were able to get our stuff done on Saturday and he replaced the main belt which was causing the issue and had our car back to us within hours. Thanks Steve Neal More

I am seldom under the hood of my Escape, I usually leave that up to Ryan Ford. I called Ryan Ford and asked for service, thanking the skies that they were even open. Mason Koch answered, and explained Brad was not there today and how busy they were. Mason explained they would be there until 3pm today . I declined the wrecker and stated I would get it jumped. After watching YouTube I was able to get it jumped from the charger. Thanks to Mason, I was able to get the battery replaced within a short period of time and back on the road. Excellent Service and Professionalism I bought my 2016 Mustang from this dealership a year ago (excellent experience there as well), but recently ran into an AC issue. I live about 60 mile I bought my 2016 Mustang from this dealership a year ago (excellent experience there as well), but recently ran into an AC issue. I live about 60 miles away in Kingwood, so I had other dealership options that were closer. However, after one phone call to Ryan Ford, speaking with both Barry Koch and Brad Zook, I had my mind made-up on where I was taking my car. They were prompt, professional, and easy to work with. Often times you hear some horror stories on warranty work (from the duration it took, to the dreaded back-forth on valid warranty scopes, etc, etc), but I was left feeling confident that coming back to Sealy was the best choice. I was even provided a courtesy vehicle for the duration of the service! The result: A day after dropping off my car, the work was done! The issue was a bad seal within the hp/lp valves on the AC compressor. So in summary, my car is back to blowing cold air, the service at Ryan Ford was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this dealership as a whole to anyone looking to buy a new Ford or coming in to have their car checked out. More
