Excellent service away from big town headache. My wife and I recently moved to Katy from small town near Waco. I received recall notice from Ford on my F 150. I did not want to deal with big city dealerships and found Ryan Ford. I called and Carlos in service answered the phone. He did not know me and I did not know him but he was very considerate about my recall and set up appointment. Took truck in and believe me he was as genuine in person as he was on phone. Recall problem solved in under an hour. Big city dealerships said leave truck and should be ready in TWO days. Carlos was great. He introduced me to the service manager Brad Zook who made me feel like I was back home. Thank you both for helping this country boy and thank you Ryan Ford. I definitely will be back!! More
