I have had a really good experience with the service department at Ryan Ford , especially with Carlos Conejo - Carlos does a great job - he’s extremely personable, always remembers me (which is a really nice plus for me as I drive out to Sealy from Katy which seems a bit far because there are Ford dealers and Katie proper but a little bit of drive out to Sealy gives me that small town feel and makes it all worthwhile anytime I’ve had the smallest I have some specific reasons for wanting to give Ryan Ford a try in their sales team didn’t disappoint Curtis did a good job I wrote a good review couple of years ago but more importantly than the initial sale which someone argues the easy part is the service after the sale I have had a really good experience with the service department and Ryan Ford especially with Carlos Conejo Carlos does a great job he’s extremely personal always remembers me which is a really nice place for me I drive out to Sealy from Katie which seems a bit far because there is for dealers in Katy proper) with a little bit of drive out to see Ryan, they give me that small town feel and makes it all worthwhile - anytime I’ve had the smallest issue or break , they go out of their way to make it right - their waiting area is really nice In fact it’s so nice I tend to use the Wi-Fi have a nice , with ice cold water, a beautiful cup of coffee, you sit in a comfortable chair , watch TV and do my work in the morning - I’ll let my boss know I work remote and he has no issue with it because I’m online on time. - thanks to Carlos and the whole team I will definitely be back well done sir! Good Experience The customer service experience with Carlos was a very pleasant and professional. There was some confusion with the rotation of the tires - it see The customer service experience with Carlos was a very pleasant and professional. There was some confusion with the rotation of the tires - it seemed the Service Tech and the Service Manager work not in sync with Ford's tire rotation. We have our own method of rotating our vehicle tires, therefore a diagram was given on how they were to be rotated in order for them to wear evenly. Because we mark (number) our tires, once the work was completed I noticed the tires had not been rotated accordingly. Carlos, Service Manager and the Service Technician took care of this immediately without any reservation, AND in a very courteous manner. Although I feel there should always be a QA check before handing the vehicle back to the customer, I truly appreciated the manner in which this was handled. I will definitely make this our place of service for our Ford vehicles. Thank you for making this experience a pleasant one. More

Best service ever Best service experience ever. I had a recall item on my F250 and needed a 40,000 mile service. I had a 2:30 appt, but he called at 10:30 to say they Best service experience ever. My wife was not home to pick me up. He said no problem, they drove me home, about 8 miles away and when the work was completed 2 hrs later, he sent someone to pick me up. By contrast, I had the recall work scheduled with Autonation. I called to try an move my appt time up by an hour due to a conflict and was told no. When I asked if it would be done in a day, they said no, it would take 3 days. When I asked why so long, they said that is what it took, but they would rent me a car for $30 per day. I cancelled the appt and went to Ryan ford More
