I filled out an inquiry on their website, and Michael called me within 10 minutes and found out more about wh I had a great experience with Ryan Ford! I filled out an inquiry on their website, and Michael called me within 10 minutes and found out more about what I wanted. The next week I went into the dealership to meet with Michael. He, as long as the rest of the staff were friendly, accommodating and professional. Michael wasn't too pushy like some salesman tend to be. They gave me a fair price on my trade in as well as getting my payments where I wanted them. The paperwork part only took 20 minutes. I left the lot with a 2016 F-250 Lariat FX4 and couldn't be happier with my experience, thanks to Michael and Ryan Ford. More

Unscheduled Maintenance Our check engine light came on so we needed to have our vehicle serviced. The last dealership in town was like a circus that didn't seem to care to h Our check engine light came on so we needed to have our vehicle serviced. The last dealership in town was like a circus that didn't seem to care to hear what was happening with our car. Apparently they assumed they could fix it without our input. Mason listened to what I told him the car was doing and he ask several more questions. After they found the problem, they called with a price quote before doing the repairs. I will definitely go back to Ryan Ford for service, it's worth driving the few extra miles. More

My service advisor Mason is very helpful in taking care of my car, whether its recalls, oil changes, or other issues. Every time my car needed service Mason took the time to understand the problem and get it fixed, and unlike other dealerships they won't push unnecessary services upon you, so there are no surprises on the bill. The staff knew me by name after a few times and this made it a much better experience. Although there is a another Ford dealership 5 minutes from my home in Katy, I will be making the 30 minute drive out to Sealy for my future car needs, it really is worth it. More
