Carlos Conejo in the Service Department went above and beyond to take care of the recall repair on my Ford F-150 King Ranch. He ordered parts for the repair ahead of time and then called me as soon as th beyond to take care of the recall repair on my Ford F-150 King Ranch. He ordered parts for the repair ahead of time and then called me as soon as they came in. The repair was done in 3 days. The Ford Dealer in Katy, Tx where I live told me I would have to drop off my truck before they would order the parts. They told me the repair time would take 2 to 3 weeks and they would not give me a loaner. That is when I called Ryan Ford in Sealy, Tx. This repair process went very smoothly and when I picked up my truck they had it detailed inside and out. Carlos Conejo kept me informed during the 3 day repair process. From now on I will travel the extra 17 miles to take my truck in for any service at Ryan Ford. Carlos Conejo is an awesome service representative. More

Service rep Carlos Conejo went over and above on finding parts, getting them delivered, and installed. Rats chewed into my sensor main harness, and adjacent wiring tripping the turbo. A big deal. We needed 4 separate wire segments, and of course, my need for the truck was beyond my control. While I lost a week, I did not lose the best Ford service in my west Houston area. Had an awesome experience at Ryan Ford. Actually got a good deal on an F150 which is extremely rare during these times. David was awesome and the whole staff was great to work with.
