This crew know me by name and always go the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction . There team work inspires others to work harder. After my my F350 experienced water in the tank they loaned me a vehicle to take my trailer home. They even provided a ride home. My truck has never seen the inside of another mechanics garage, My only complaint is they only work on Fords. I wish I could bring all my vehicles here. I lost my home and vehicles in Hurricane Harvey and both Ford Motor and specifically Ryan Ford were so caring and compassionate. They gave me great pricing and superb customer service and I drove away with my dream truck and a big smile. I even met Mr. Ryan himself who was sitting up front manning the phones! It's top performance professionalism in a clean new showroom / service area with a small town "been there forever" welcoming feel. Family affair! Curtis Markland is highly recommended as the most knowledgeable and friendly salesman I've ever met and their finance guy Westley McKeehan was also very knowledgeable and friendly. Holds to time commitments I bought the extended service plan mainly because Ryan Ford would handle all oil changes and tire rotations.
