Great service I purchased a 2017 King Ranch Expedition from Ryan Ford, A few days after picking the vehicle up I had to drive in rain. The wiper blade on the driv I purchased a 2017 King Ranch Expedition from Ryan Ford, A few days after picking the vehicle up I had to drive in rain. The wiper blade on the driver's side did not remove all the water leaving a number of streaks and making it hard to drive. I called my super salesman Nick Tirey and he said to bring the vehicle in and they would replace the wiper. On my way to Sealy I had a low tire pressure lite come on. Upon arrival I was met my Nick and introduced to Carlos Conejo, Service Advisor. Carlos filled out paperwork, took vehicle in and fixed both problems in no time at all. Great job Carlos. More

Ryan Ford 5 Star Sales AND 5 Star Service I recently bought my 2017 F250 Powerstroke from Ryan following the floods from Hurricane Harvey. The service guys were great from setting an appointment with Brad, checking me in and getting me out the door fast. Everything was first class! Amazing staff and the best deals! I heard about this dealership through a friend and was hesitant about driving over 100 miles just to buy a car but boy am I glad that I did. I worked with a salesman named Mark Jones there and he was an absolute delight to work with. I talked back and forth with him for almost a week trying to see if I wanted to make the drive or not. He was always very helpful and pleasant every time I talke with him. He even offered to save me the drive by bringing the car to me! I ended up going there though because there were a few cars that I wanted to test drive. Once there, I was greeted at the steps and was able to look at and test drive any of the cars that I wanted to. There was never any feeling of being rushed or pressured to buy anything which was nice. I felt very relaxed while I was there, almost as if I was with family or old friends. When I finally chose the car I was interested in we went inside to start the paperwork process. The whole experience was very pleasant and relaxing from start to finish. They asked what I wanted to accomplish and were able to beat, THATS RIGHT, BEAT the expectations that I wanted in order to buy the car. In the end, I got the extended 90,000 mile warranty, dark tinted windows, and weather tech floor mats all for about $6,000 LESS than what the dealers in my area were going to be able to do! I would definitely go back to Ryan Ford and work with their staff, especially Mark Jones, again. This was my first time to ever buy a new car and all-in-all, I couldn’t be happier.
