Last week I needed an oil change and met Carlos Conejo. He was great, and my 4 year old loved him. It's usually kind of a pain to take a 4 year old somewhere where we have to wait, but the comfortable waiting area and the sweet pup Henri to play with, not to mention a lollipop from Carlos at the end of our visit, will probably make my son beg to come with me for future oil changes! Great service I purchased a 2017 King Ranch Expedition from Ryan Ford, A few days after picking the vehicle up I had to drive in rain. The wiper blade on the driv I purchased a 2017 King Ranch Expedition from Ryan Ford, A few days after picking the vehicle up I had to drive in rain. The wiper blade on the driver's side did not remove all the water leaving a number of streaks and making it hard to drive. I called my super salesman Nick Tirey and he said to bring the vehicle in and they would replace the wiper. On my way to Sealy I had a low tire pressure lite come on. Upon arrival I was met my Nick and introduced to Carlos Conejo, Service Advisor. Carlos filled out paperwork, took vehicle in and fixed both problems in no time at all. Great job Carlos. More
