We visited several dealerships on the west side of Houston and into Katy and while we found a couple of dealerships that seemed to be interested in developing a relationship with a client, Ryan Ford was stand-out. We read the Yelp reviews and went to Sealy in 2017 to check out some cars, but were not ready to buy yet. We told Mark this and he was a gentleman from the start, never pushy but definitely interested in figuring out what we wanted. He was patient, gave us plenty of time to test-drive a few vehicles and, when we left without starting any deals, he only said to “think of us when you are ready to buy”. We went back this spring and the relaxed atmosphere again was so refreshing, we opted to purchase from Ryan Ford. Mark and the finance manager (Phil) were instrumental in getting financing in place, - thanks Phil! Thanks to Colton for going over some of the paperwork with us when Phil was tied up. -- On pickup day, Mark went over all the controls so that we had a solid understanding of how the options worked. -- The prep team did a wonderful job on our new car –thanks, folks! -- Frank Rainwater was very helpful in getting us the floor mat we wanted, even though there wasn't much else we could add to the car - thanks Frank! -- We have not worked with the Service Department yet, but we hope that the Service team continues the good experience given us by the Sales team.
