I even take my truck to their service department even though I didn't buy it there - just a trustworthy group of folks. A while back, my wife was looking to trade in her vehicle. We contacted Steve, but we read the incentives wrong and the numbers did not work out like we thought. Steve understood and never pressured us - no harm, no foul. A few months later, I was there for work on my truck and ended up buying my wife a new Explorer! Could not have done it without Steve Fox. More
