Shortly after the first big rain that we had, there was a leak We purchased a newer pre-owned vehicle for our family from Ryan Ford a few weeks back. Shortly after the first big rain that we had, there was a leak through the sun roof that had water dripping through the lights. This wasn't covered under the power train warranty but due to their exemplary customer service attitude that is second to none. They did the repairs at no cost to us and hooked us up with a loaner until the repairs were complete. In my experience with dealerships this is unheard of. Great Purchase My mother n law was looking for a new vehicle. I checked the local dealers and 1 other out of town dealer. I looked at the available Escapes on their website and picked the one I thought she would like. I spoke to Mark and gave him the stock number. He gave me a price that beat all others. I even had one of the other dealers call me and ask if I had made a decision. He tried to beat the offer, but could not. It wasn't just about the price. Mark was professional and not pushy. (I had to work on the day of the sale so I cannot evaluate the facility.) So my wife and mother n law went to make the actual purchase. My wife does not like the "purchase process" so I was surprised that she had no complaints about the transaction. It was easy and trouble-free.
