Best service ever Best service experience ever. I had a recall item on my F250 and needed a 40,000 mile service. I had a 2:30 appt, but he called at 10:30 to say they Best service experience ever. I had a recall item on my F250 and needed a 40,000 mile service. I had a 2:30 appt, but he called at 10:30 to say they had an opening that I could take if I wanted. My wife was not home to pick me up. He said no problem, they drove me home, about 8 miles away and when the work was completed 2 hrs later, he sent someone to pick me up. By contrast, I had the recall work scheduled with Autonation. I called to try an move my appt time up by an hour due to a conflict and was told no. When I asked if it would be done in a day, they said no, it would take 3 days. When I asked why so long, they said that is what it took, but they would rent me a car for $30 per day.
