Good Experience The customer service experience with Carlos was a very pleasant and professional. There was some confusion with the rotation of the tires - it seemed the Service Tech and the Service Manager work not in sync with Ford's tire rotation. We have our own method of rotating our vehicle tires, therefore a diagram was given on how they were to be rotated in order for them to wear evenly. Because we mark (number) our tires, once the work was completed I noticed the tires had not been rotated accordingly. Carlos, Service Manager and the Service Technician took care of this immediately without any reservation, AND in a very courteous manner. Although I feel there should always be a QA check before handing the vehicle back to the customer, I truly appreciated the manner in which this was handled. I will definitely make this our place of service for our Ford vehicles. Thank you for making this experience a pleasant one. More
