Excellent service department I just want to give a big thank you to service advisor Carlos, service advisor Austin, and service manager Brad Zook of Ryan Ford. I recently had a I just want to give a big thank you to service advisor Carlos, service advisor Austin, and service manager Brad Zook of Ryan Ford. I recently had a serious problem develop with the power steering on my 2011 Ford F 150. Since our relocation to Katy, Texas I have used Ryan Ford to service my truck rather than a the big city Houston dealerships. I explained my situation to Carlos who had me discuss it with his service manager Brad. Brad explained in great detail what was going with my truck and what he believed was needed to fix it. He then told me to the penny what the parts and labor costs would be in order to repair my truck. So I knew exactly what it would cost to fix my truck before I had it towed to Ryan Ford. After it was there and the parts were in, Carlos, Austin, and Brad kept me updated on the repair work. It was ready a day early and I picked it up and all is well with it. I have had nothing but positive things to say about Ryan Ford since I first took my truck out to them earlier this year. I believe one can’t go wrong in dealing with this Ford dealership.
