UPDATED: Took my car in for non working HVAC blower. They told me it would need a new blower for $661 all in. 2014 Mustang. I just had them give me my car back, cost me over $200 in diagnostic fees. Pulled the blower out and bench tested it and it worked fine. Downloaded Ford wiring diagram. Put blower back in and bypassed the relay under the hood and it worked fine. Replaced relay-$20 part at auto zone. And the HVAC is back to normal. The Update: Inside of a month, Ford sent a survey via email. I provided the same info as I did here. The service manager contacted me via phone to apologize and offered a full refund after I explained how I found the problem and fixed it. I appreciate the customer service. The car pickup and delivery to and from my home went smoothly as well and the couriers were nice. More

On January the 6th we had that most amazing experience with purchasing our truck and all who was involved. The nightmare started after. We had a trade in and I started asking about 10 days later when I st with purchasing our truck and all who was involved. The nightmare started after. We had a trade in and I started asking about 10 days later when I started getting calls from our lender and contacted Ryan Ford and asked when they were going to pay off the balance of our trade-in and they told me it takes 10 business days which was close. Well this went into February and still no payoff on our vehicle. I was told by Ryan Ford I can make a payment on our old loan. Why should I make a payment on my old loan when I needed to make a payment on my new loan. So I emailed multiple times and they finally told me it was overnighted at the end of February and then It was finally received in March and I had to still make a payment for the difference as they didn't send enough to pay off our trade in. So now we have been hit on our credit with late payments on our credit which knocked our credit on all 3 credit bureau's over 100 points. I let them know and told me to disputed it which I did but Ally didn't care and verified my payments were late so they are staying on our credit. I emailed them at Ryan a couple days ago to let them know and I have been totally ignored. I have worked so hard to try and fix our credit that was damaged in during Covid and now i have to start over. We had our hearts on purchasing jet skis this summer and they take a higher credit score which we were almost there and we have been planning on these for the last 3 years and now that is gone. I don't recommend them. I really liked them but they got their sale and don't care about what they do to the customer after you walk out their door. More
