I searched the major sites like this one and edmunds for reviews from CUSTOMERS (not dealerships or dealers) about their personal experiences. After doing my research on the internet, the name Sabrena Torres ended up at the top of the list all too often - now I know why. I can summarize her professionalism in just a few words - this woman is NOT the steriotypical car dealer. In doing my homework, I knew exactly what I wanted, how long I wanted to pay for it, and what I wanted to pay for it. I simply presented these numbers to Sabreana in my first phone call and asked her "Can you do this or not? If you can, we can do a car deal - if not, I'll just keep shopping MY terms elsewhere." From that point forward, I knew I made the right decision. It wasn't because this woman said "Yep, I can do it" - it was because she said "I don't know if I can or not, but let me look into it and see if I can". That's honesty - not the typical crap you here from a car dealer in response like " I'm sure we can work something out - just come on down to the dealership and blah blah blah". In fact, I never even met this woman until I picked up my brand new customized vehicle under my ORIGINAL, and not modified terms. Lots of phone calls and emails later (it takes a lot to build and customize a vehicle), I was more than satisfied with the transaction. There is nothing more obnoxious than going into a dealership or a car deal with that lingering shady feeling of "I wonder how bad or where in this deal I am getting screwed". I never had that with Sabrena - everything was up front, clear, honest, and above all... patient - which was probably the main characterisitic of this transaction that reassured me, as most dealers just want you to SIGN, SIGN, SIGN. I appreciate her enough to take the time out of my workday to write this giant review for her because both YOU and SHE deserve your business. I honestly never thought a car dealer of her integrity and character actually existed - I doubt there are 2 in the entire nation. Trust me - if nothing else, run YOUR terms by her on the initial phone call (don't even go down there if you don't want to) and let your instincts guide you from there. You have nothing to lose, and more to gain than you realize. Don't let the car buying experience be one that is filled with fear and worry and wonder. If you use Sabrena, you won't have to deal with any of that crap. I am a real customer with a real brand new 2012 customized Ford F-150, and I have nothing to do with Sabrena or the dealership outside of now being able to say that she is my friend. Sabrena was a pleasure to work with throughout the purchase process. From ordering until final delivery, the communication was excellent. After delivery, there were a couple of minor concerns that I had and Sabrena and Ryan Ford went well beyond what would be expected of the typical auto dealership in terms of finding a way to ensure I was a satisfied customer. If you are looking to purchase a new ford product (or one of their used cars), I cannot recommend strongly enough that you go to Ryan Ford and see what honesty and integrity looks like in the auto sales business. More appointments awaited me in Houston that afternoon, but fate had other plans. My '08 F350 failed me for the 3rd time with a nagging mechanical issue, but I was able to limp into the next Ford dealership on I-10, Ryan Ford in Sealy, TX. Their service department was booked for the day but they said they'd try to take care of me after lunch. Having owned F350s since '97, I'd been contemplating a new one anyway, so I met Mark Jones in sales and in a matter of minutes found a white one that was loaded, exactly what I wanted. We quickly negotiated a deal, trading in my used one for the new one, then along came Wesley in after market sales at about 1:00 p.m. He asked if I'd like a spray-in bed liner and I explained that I had to leave with the truck that afternoon for Dallas so there was no time. It surprised me when he said he could get it done in time. When asked what else he could do and still have me on the road by closing time it was game on! Next came front and rear ranch bumpers, a headache rack and a tool box as well as the liner. The big surprise of the afternoon was when they had me ready to go 10 minutes faster than estimated. Hernan handled the financing without benefit of the title for my trade-in. We simply shook hands and I assured him that I'd send it by overnight courier. My ranch is near Cranfills Gap, TX and I can honestly say it's always easier to do business in the country. Ryan Ford proved that once again. The overall experience was very, very gratifying. Sabrena Torres is wonderful and was a big help during the whole buying process. She is a asset to Ford motor co. and Ryan Ford. I will buy my next vehicle from her "only". I live in Kerrville, TX and I came to Ryan Ford because of the care I was told they had. I was not disappointed! From the moment we got there we had the best experience. Our sales person was Sabrina Tor of the care I was told they had. I was not disappointed! From the moment we got there we had the best experience. Our sales person was Sabrina Torres. She was amazing! I don't have perfect credit but she didn't care. She only cared about helping me get a new car. We were there for a while and it seemed like everyone there came up to us and introduced themselves. Towards the end, Mr. Ryan of Ryan Ford came in to see how everything was going, introduced himself and helped us with the process! Even Brad Zook, the service manager, came up to us to tell us to call him anytime for help. Wow!! I will be picking up my new car in the morning and couldn't be happier. We stopped by Ryan Ford one Sunday afternoon while they were closed and walked the lot and found the exact truck we were looking for. My husband called the dealership the next day and to our luck Sabrena answered the call. Normally buying a vehicle is frustrating and stressful, but I can honestly say that I did not feel that way at all this go around. Sabrena is very personable, patient, and doesn't use the "you must buy now" sales tactic that most salespeople use. Sabrena will continue to be our sales person and we will definitely recommend Sabrena and Ryan Ford to all our friends and family. More
