My husband and I decided on the truck we wanted and built it at Ford.com. We then went to a couple of Credit Union websites to look at interest rates. On one of the sites it asked us to build what we wanted it at Ford.com. We then went to a couple of Credit Union websites to look at interest rates. On one of the sites it asked us to build what we wanted then would email dealers around us with what we were looking for. Ryan Ford promptly emailed us asking some questions about the build. Several other dealerships emailed a ton of trucks that were nowhere near what we were looking for. We required the Ecoboost with the 3.73 axle. No one had one in stock. After speaking wth Mark, he said that we could order the truck we wanted. After discussing the use of the truck (pulling 9000lbs rv), he told us that we could settle for the 3.55 axle and that would be able to pull the weight we were looking at. He searched for a truck that had everything else we were looking for, and none of the things that we didn't, and found it. Before we could order that one, they received a truck very similar in stock for a couple of thousand less. They added the bedliner and break control box, picked up one of our trades, and paid more for trades then others had offered. They even offered to pick up our other trade and deliver our truck. We live about an hour and a half away. The sales process was super easy, with most being over the phone and email. I will buy my next truck from them in 6 years. More

Although I was not able to purchase a vehicle. She was very straightforward and wonderful with telling me what I need to do to get where I need to be.
