I have never enjoyed buying a new vehicle. However, Mr. Westley McKeehan went out of his way to find exactly the vehicle I discribed through email. Mr. McKeenhan noticed my current vehicle and suggested I would be happier with a new F-150 STX - I am extremly happy with my 2012 2dr, Black STX. Thank you Mr. McKeenhan. More

Curtis Markland of Ryan Ford contacted me immediately via e-mail and then phoned me several times as I got my finances together for a cash purchase. He was patient and informative and helped me pinpoint the ideal (for me) vehicle model. When I finally arrived at the dealership for the first time, he was great at walking me though the forms, then giving me a tour and explanation of the Hybrid's complex electronics and sync features. Nice guy and very professional. A totally positive experience considering the stress of buying the most expensive thing except for my house! More
What an amazing experience...and who says THAT about buying a car?!? As a single mom to 4 kiddos, just contemplating this purchase was stressful, but Curtis went above and beyond to ease my mind and ans buying a car?!? We were able to complete most of the process online and that cut down on the kids "patient meter" wait time once we got there, if you know what I mean! :-) Curtis was able to find the perfect 2013 Ford Flex for us, and it was ready and waiting when we arrived (all the way from The Woodlands!!) He took the time to explain and demonstrate the various features of our new vehicle to us and was patient and thoughtful throughout the entire experience. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle, make the drive...it's so worth it! The entire staff is top-notch, no BS, no demeaning sales tactics...just wonderful service!! More
