When I made my decision, he got the car ready, including window-tinting and delivered it to me in Houston! I handed over the check I had arranged from my credit union, signed a few documents, got a thorough orientation to the cars features and took possession in less than 30 minutes. Curtis Markland of Ryan Ford contacted me immediately via e-mail and then phoned me several times as I got my finances together for a cash purchase. He was patient and informative and helped me pinpoint the ideal (for me) vehicle model. When I finally arrived at the dealership for the first time, he was great at walking me though the forms, then giving me a tour and explanation of the Hybrid's complex electronics and sync features. Nice guy and very professional. A totally positive experience considering the stress of buying the most expensive thing except for my house! More

What an amazing experience...and who says THAT about buying a car?!?
