I was looking for a new truck and like everyone shopped around and soon found out that most dealers advertise better prices than what they actually will sell it for. Even when it came down to pricing they were very competitive and the amazing part is when I got to finance it did not change. I am recommending Ryan Ford to anyone I know looking for a vehicle, you even get a more comfortable feeling being there. More

The experience was good, my only complaint would be that I was only able to get one key to the car. I expected when you pay that much for a vehicle you would get a spare key, but I was told it was $140 for I was only able to get one key to the car. Ryan Ford is worth the drive to the small town dealer.I don't like dealing with the big city dealers at all. I called Curtis on the phone and he gave me straight forward pricing on the phone. So we made the hour drive not expecting to buy the same day. Well we did. It was a very welcoming and easygoing experience. The truck was explained well with all features unlike the city dealers I talked to who didn't even know what they were selling. The service department was very nice as well as I had a few questions about a few upgrades. There was no haggling and having to meet with the salesman and then the manager and having to explain everything twice. Just with Curtis the whole time. The most straight forward vehicle purchase I have ever made. He has been in the business for over 25 years and it shows as well as a great family man. I contacted Curtis several months ago informing him that I believed that I would be in the market for a new Mustang, but that I was not yet ready to purchase. Unlike other salesmen he stayed in loose contac I believed that I would be in the market for a new Mustang, but that I was not yet ready to purchase. Unlike other salesmen he stayed in loose contact with me; the others lost interest. When I say loose contact that is what I mean. The occasional email and phone call, never pushing, always the gentleman. A month or two before we met I informed him he was my choice for salesman. This past Saturday (22DEC13)we met, Curtis, I, and my wife: she didn't know I had a secret salesman. Through my online investigation I knew the list price of the vehicle, and I had an idea of my price, or more precisely what I hoped it would be. Well forget all that, Curtis with a sweet smile knocked my socks off, and then after I recovered from that good news he looked for Ford program rebates and subtracted that from the total. I have never encountered someone who who would look for rebates for me. My wife knew I had sold cars (car salesman) while I was in college and she knew from my reaction to Curtis we had something special and said "Give the man some money." and I did. So soon my ordered 2013 Race Red Mustang Club of America will be delivered. You may be sure Curtis will deliver it with the same professional demeanor and friendly smile and all will be well. More

Why I would recommend Ryan's? It would be the great service that they give you as soon as walk through the door. I had one of the best sale person EVER. I called Mrs. Sabrena Torres on her cell phone to tell her I was on my way to the dealership, but she told me she was off with her child. Bless her heart she took the time on her day off to talk me through the whole deal from her phone. It took Ford around ten minutes to approve it and the deal was done. Everyone at Ryan's made my family feel welcome from offering my kids pizza and drinks. Some dealerships hate to see you bring your kids in, but Ryan's were awesome.
