We went to the dealership to trade in our 2007 Hummer, with the intention of downsizing. My husband wasn't quite in downsize mode. He didn't care for any of the vehicles Ryan showed him. After showing us the last used vehicle with leather, the sales manager came out and asked my husband "if he could get him a new vehicle without rasing the payment, would that work for you?" My husband had the biggest smile on his face.... I was like oh my here we go because I knew my husband would jump all over that one. The dealership is smaller in size compared to other dealerships, but they have a wide variety of well-equipped models and in every color. Even though we have less-than-everage credit, Curtis was quickly able to present a solution that was easy to understand. Now we have reliable transportation at a payment we are comfortable with.
