Ryan Ford has a business plan that does not include the usual high pressure methods you normally experience. I drove 80+ Miles from the other side of Houston to start my search for a Ford F250 Lariat with Ryan Ford for two reasons 1. they have increadible ratings online 2. during my phone call with Curtis Markland my search for a Ford F250 Lariat with Ryan Ford for two reasons 1. they have increadible ratings online 2. during my phone call with Curtis Markland he made it clear he wasn't in it to haggle me and it was obvious it wasn't a ploy. Curtis is good people as is the owner Ryan Kirkpatrick who took time to come talk to me after my purchase. Ultimately it was the right decision, I actually enjoyed the process and typcially I would rather have a root canal than buy a vehicle. When I couldn't decide between the white or black, Curtis brought both out and lined them up bumper to bumper while he, my wife and I talked through it and decided. I got a fair price, had a good experience, and was out of there in a couple of hours. The next day I recieved a call from one of the large dealerships in Houston who I had set up a visit with if I hadn't been able to work something out with Ryan and what do you know even AFTER I bought a truck he was haggling me on the phone saying "well I guess you didn't want a good deal then"...unbelievable. That just made me feel better about my decision. Give these guys a call, it's a small dealership, but has a great selection and will treat you well, because they depend on return business. More
