So here's the story....on my sons birthday, my wife and I head into town to do a bit of shopping, leaving the house around 1030 am or so. Our primary discussion was finding me a suitable vehicle due to the consistent recalls on my chevy cobalt and us not feeling safe driving it anymore. Since the chevy cobalt was my primary vehicle to and from work, I was considering on getting a motorcycle to save money instead of getting what I really wanted, a new red Ford F150 Ecoboost supercrew. I priced the new ones and the MSRP was like $39,000+ and I knew we couldnt afford an $800/month vehicle note. Well after a long day of critical thinking for solutions, we headed home at about 4pm and I took a nap thinking I would have to just find another "hooptie" or really pray that a motorcycle would work for my everyday life. My wife woke me up around 5pm and told me to come outside and see my son do front-flips on the trampoline. When I walked outside, to my surprise, there was a brand new RED FORD F150 ECOBOOST SUPERCREW: Texas Edition sitting in my driveway. My first thought was that it was my best friend Blake stopping by to show me his new truck, but then I saw the gorgeous Mrs. Sabrena Torres step out of the truck dangling keys at me. Then I thought "ok, obviously my wife requested a test drive for like a day or something". But that wasn't the case. My wife looked at my confused, shocked face and delightfully told me that it was mine, all mine. I literally felt like an 8yr old boy with a new toy as I was given the story of how my wife had been talking to Mrs. Torres since 9am that morning and managed to handle all the paperwork over the phone and through our photocopier, work out the details of which truck I wanted (my wife had it saved on her phone because I used the ryan ford website to pull up the kind of truck I wanted when we were out and about that day) and meet all of our financial wants and needs to make my dream come true. AND not only did I get a BRAND NEW RED FORD TRUCK that was loaded with all sorts of gadgets for the affordable monthly price of $550/month (give or take), Mrs. Torres also dropped it off at my house and picked up my "hooptie" chevy cobalt that my wife used for a trade in.This was absolutely one of the nicest gestures that anyone has ever done for me and not only did my outstanding wife make this happen, Mrs. Sabrena Torres exemplified with flying colors of how herself and Ryan Ford Sealy, TX treats their customers by doing things completely out of their way just to get a satisfied customer, and that ladies and gentlemen, is how you establish a respectful, business related, friendship. Absolutely Outstanding!!! More
I was seeking to prepare the way by negotiating and facilitating a new car deal for my son , active military, USAF, and in the midst of deploying home to Abilene Tx from overseas duty....which meant I facilitating a new car deal for my son , active military, USAF, and in the midst of deploying home to Abilene Tx from overseas duty....which meant I was dealing with a narrow window of opportunity to meet his schedule between debriefings and actual time off to get him and his wife [also active military] into town for a "done" deal and a timely return to home base. He was deploying home from the UAE; his wife had recently deployed home from Afghanistan -- they were newlyweds and had not seen each other for nine months. This vehicle was much needed and was also kind of a "home at last" present to themselves. It was a solid lead but with logistics to overcome. I originally dealt with a Rosenberg Tx Ford dealer where I had purchased 2 vehicles and referred several people who purchased over the last 5 years. The short version is I had to initiate every follow up with the sales rep and and others because I received either no response or delayed responses from these people...even dealing with the Sales GM there. --Insulting to a long time customer. I first received a call back message from Sabrena Torres @ Ryan Ford from an inquiry I made online. I gave her a courtesy call to indicate I was on the front end of gathering a "back-up" dealer option since I was having trouble with the Rosenberg Ford dealer. I liked Ryan Ford's offerings but wanted to still give "My" dealer a chance for the sale. I told her these things and she was professional, courteous and engaging even though I was basically telling her , "I'm just looking." I finally had enough of the insulting, feet-dragging delays at the dealership where I'd given my business and referrals. I went in to see Sabrena Torres --- she accomplished in an hour and a half ....and exceeded in 2 days what the Rosenberg Ford dealer with 2 sales reps, a finance mgr and the Sales GM couldn't get organized around over a 10 day period! Sabrena kept in contact with us via phone, text messages, and email. She responded promptly and courteously to every inquiry without delay and without second requests..... Once my son was home and available for more immediate contact, Sabrena showed him respect by shifting her updates to him rather than passing them through me. On a couple of occasions she had already anticipated some information, so that when I contacted her, all she had to say was , "Done". As it turned out, with debriefing delays and duty report times for his wife, my son could not make the Abilene to Sealy drive in time to close the deal on his preferred schedule. What a frustration for him. Sabrena offered a solution and inquired within Ryan Ford about delivering the vehicle to them. She came back diligently and promptly with a done deal and a more than fair delivery fee. So, I had a disheartening sales experience at the Rosenberg Ford dealership which I had called "MY" dealership for several years. Sabrena Torres accepted the challenge. She moved on this deal knowing the issues, concerns, and needs for making this happen. She listened, heard and understood clearly. She gave us respect along with initiative and prompt help. There is now a Ruby Red 2013 RYAN FORD, Fusion SE , prowling the roads of Abilene Tx. Thank you Sabrena. In a short couple of days, you made Cole and me feel like family. More
By far this purchase was the easiest and most pleasurable Dealership i have EVER been too. Everyone was friendly, polite, I thought i was with family there for a bit. Mark Jones took care of every aspect of Dealership i have EVER been too. Everyone was friendly, polite, I thought i was with family there for a bit. Mark Jones took care of every aspect of the sale and perfectly descibed my vehicle to me before i came in. Absolutly a Pro,s pro. I will return for Ford products even though I had to drive 100 miles to get there and passed 10 Dealerships on the way. Thanks guys for my first enjoyable buying experience. More

Steve Fox was a great guy to work with...no games and runarounds. They even agreed to match my trade-in offer from carmax sight unseen which was helpful since the dealership is over an hour drive from me and I didn't want to keep driving back and forth. When it came time to pick up the truck, Steve went out of his way to show me around all the new tech...more than I was expecting and more than was required. The finance guy (forgot his name) was also great - the first time I have purchased a new vehicle and not had the hard upsell on everything under the sun. Not a single mention of rustproofing! He was quick, good to talk to and someone I'd like to work with again in the future. Bottom line - these guys just get down to the business that needs to happen and this purchase was the first time I have left a dealership without a bad taste in my mouth. More
We have purchased 2 company vehicles from Ryan Ford in the last 4 years and are very pleased with the vehicles. Curtis Markland is a wonderful, no bull, salesman. I test drove an Escape SE on Thursday, the last 4 years and are very pleased with the vehicles. Curtis Markland is a wonderful, no bull, salesman. I test drove an Escape SE on Thursday, Curtis found the particular one I wanted at a dealership in Austin, had the vehicle in Sealy on Friday evening and I picked it up on Saturday morning. Overall I spent 2 to 2 1/2 hours there. Other purchasing experiences at other dealers would have taken 3-4 hours. I'm impressed with their organization, their respect to the customers, and determination to satisfy everyone who purchases a new car. I have owned several vehicles but this is the first one ever that I have gotten every feature on the car that I wanted. I've always settled for less but Curtis made sure he found exactly what I wanted and I am HAPPY with everything about the car, Curtis, and Ryan Ford. The only thing that I didn't like was that their crew that washed the car before I got to take didn't do a very good job. When opening the liftgate, it was dirty around the frame of the car's liftgate. They also did not get all the adhesive off of the windows from the stickers. More
I purchased two trucks from Ryan Ford in 2007 and had a great experince. In 2008 and 2010 I purchased two trucks from Autonation and had a not so great experince. On April 5th I purchased a 2013 F250 from great experince. In 2008 and 2010 I purchased two trucks from Autonation and had a not so great experince. On April 5th I purchased a 2013 F250 from Ryan Ford, now I am wondering why I ever went to Autonation. I am sold on Ryan Ford and their great staff. I emailed them on Wednesday evening I told them what i was looking for, within 1 hour they found the truck and gave me an excellent price. On Thursday morning I aggreed to the price and they picked up the truck from another dealer and added the extras I wanted. I picked the truck up on Friday, without ever seeing it. My total time at the dealer was less than 1 hour and most of that was showing me all the many option and the many navigation features. I highly recomend Ryan Ford, in fact I have refered two people to them over the weekend. More
This was my first car buying experience and I couldn't be more satisfied with the people at Ryan Ford. I am a very particular shopper. I knew exactly what I wanted and the price I was willing to couldn't be more satisfied with the people at Ryan Ford. I am a very particular shopper. I knew exactly what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay for it. I spent a lot of time looking and negotiating with other dealerships. At Ryan, they were able to locate the truck I was looking for out of state, transport it to their dealership, add the extra parts I wanted, and beat the best price I was able to find elsewhere. I also found myself most comfortable with the people at Ryan which is a very important thing to me for a large purchase such as vehicle. Great people, great service, love my new truck! More
I generally don’t write reviews but after such a positive experience with Ryan Ford I felt compelled to give them a great review. I have been in search of a specific F 150 for about four months. In that time experience with Ryan Ford I felt compelled to give them a great review. I have been in search of a specific F 150 for about four months. In that time I became overly frustrated with the local dealerships in my area (TN). For some reason they want to sell you a payment and dance around what the vehicle is actually going cost you? I decided to expand my search on AutoTrader. I called several “no haggle” dealerships around the southeast and found so many had hidden costs they weren’t willing to tell you about over the phone, it was discovered when they sent you a quote (one actually had almost $1000 in dealer fees). I ran across the exact truck I had been searching for at Ryan Ford, which was 1066 miles from my home. I called to inquire on Monday morning and Curtis was the salesman that answered the phone. After a few minutes I figured out Curtis was a true professional, knew the answers to my questions, was straightforward and not trying to push anything or feed me a line of … I received the quote and wow, no surprises it was just as Curtis spelled out over the phone. I elected to go forward with the purchase. Hernan Garcia assisted with all the financial documentation and was also great to work with! I setup my own shipping via Uship, which was simple, and by Saturday afternoon I had my new truck! Curtis maintained great communication throughout the process, called me several times to let me know my truck was clean, full of gas! and on the way to TN. He also followed up to make sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns after I received the truck. The experience of buying a truck you’ve never seen before was a little nerve racking but after my experience with Curtis and Ryan Ford you can bet I will be calling them the next time I’m ready for a new vehicle! I specifically wanted to get away from the big city dealers and am very glad I did. There was no pressure, no games and I got a fair deal on my trade in and my new purchase.
