My journey began on Truecar.com. Within hours the calls and emails began to flood towards my direction. Initially I dismissed several of them. Sabrena was among them. Hours of searching for the vehicle I actually wanted turned into days, and my levels of frustration were only multiplying. At this point, my conversations with all the different salespeople were beginning to run together. This only added to my frustration, as I felt as though I was doing all the footwork to find the vehicle I wanted. All the while during all of this, I’m being offered “available models” on the lot, and getting shafted on my trade-in. By the fifth day, my vehicle search also included Chevy trucks because I simply couldn’t find anything. On that same day Sabrena from Ryan Ford called me (again) and said, “Tell me exactly what you’re looking for, and I’ll find it.” By the end of the day my frustrating searches were over, the hassles ended, and I found myself driving to Sealy after work a couple days later. During the drive out west on I-10, I never thought I would arrive. Eventually I got there, and I have to say it was the best move I’ve ever made. Sabrena and Ryan Ford quickly put me at ease, and l was left with little to be worried about. Sabrena not only found the truck I “wanted”, but also facilitated in my being treated fairly for the value of my trade. Sabrena projected a level of professionalism that comforted me, and didn’t scare me off. She was well spoken with a perfect balance of tact and humor, and also clearly knew what she was talking about. I have to say this was the best purchasing experience I ever had. This is my fourth Ford purchase. My next purchase will be at Ryan Ford; hopefully with my new buddy Sabrena Torres. More

I called Steve, told him what we were looking for and he found it without trouble. The entire process was excellent - great price, and excellent service with zero pressure. When I started looking specifically for a Ford Escort, I signed up in Auto Nation which apparently puts your name out to all the Ford dealers near your zip code. Sabrina was the first person to call me, but sometime later, I started receiving form-letter emails form other dealers ... but not Sabrina. Already she had sent me copies of invoices with her own handwritten notes showing her price, not some form letter telling me how great her dealership was and how much they wanted my business. Her personality over the telephone was shining and immediately I felt a personal, trusting bond with her. At this point I had not even met the woman, but she seemed ready to get what I wanted at the time I wanted it. We agreed on a price and by the time I was ready to close the deal, the car I wanted was there. (Both my wife and I love it.) Sabrina made the transaction a very comfortable and easy one. Heck, we even knew each family's history by the time we left. I highly recommend your asking for Sabrina when you are ready for a new car. More

The entire transaction was done quickly and smoothly. The financing end of the deal was just as seamless as the rest of the transaction. We were given a very fair deal on our trade-in as well as the new vehicle. Curtis worked hard to stay right at the budget we gave him. We never felt pressured or hassled. In fact, this was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a dealership!! I would highly recommend Ryan Ford and Curtis to anyone and everyone! This is a no frills dealership.
