I special ordered a Raptor at Ryan Ford. My overall experience was great. They gave me very fair pricing and treated me well upon delivery. I did have damage on my driver's side leather seat from fact experience was great. They gave me very fair pricing and treated me well upon delivery. I did have damage on my driver's side leather seat from factory and I was not able to identify the damage until 5 days after delivery. A claim was submitted to Ford and it was denied, the waiting was a hassle as well. This dealership did come thru and took care of the issue on their own. As a first time Ford buyer I am disappointed at Ford for not taking care of damage on a $56,000 truck. Ryan Ford is a good dealership and there are some good people that work for the customer. As a friendly observation, One aspect that of the sale that could have been better was communication. There were inquiries and calls that I made that took a long time to be answered or resolved. Overall I am happy with the sales experience and I love the new Raptor. I would not own any other truck. Next year I will be shopping for another car, maybe a new mustang, and I will keep Ryan Ford in mind. Regards, More

I called to Ryan Ford to see if they had the type of truck that I was looking for and right away Sabrena Torres answered my call. Wh I have ever had! I could not be more pleased with the ENTIRE experience that I had at Ryan Ford! My fiance and I had been shopping around in the North Houston area. We visited several dealerships and encountered every stereotypical salesman in the book, we were drawn into the dealership with the "ad car" price (that single car that is NEVER there), and then once we had decided on a vehicle at a dealership in Conroe, all these hidden fees get dumped onto the already inflated price of the car. I initially looked at Ryan Ford in Sealy because I couldn't believe the great deals they showed online for the Fusion SEs that they had in stock. We drove the 50 miles because I had to see for myself what everyone on Dealerrater was talking about. I had put in an online request for one of the vehicles and Steve Fox promptly contacted me. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted with a warm welcome at the door and met with Mr. Fox right away. There are no games, no hidden costs, no "let me check with so-and-so" and no pressure. When I drove my first new car off the lot I did so knowing that Steve got me the car that I wanted at the absolute best price and Hernan with the Finance department had gotten me the absolute best deal on financing that I could get. Satisfied with the experience, however I took my F150 in for an oil change, state inspection, rotate tires and have passenger front tire looked at because it was low. Turns out that tire had a nail and the explanation was "it's to close to the side wall to patch" thus need a new tire. Needless to say I wasn't to pleased to find this out. However, I bit the bullet and bought not 1 but 2 new tires! In conclusion, what should've been a relatively in-expensive service trip cost me a little over $600. More

I learned about Ryan Ford after using TrueCar.com. I found the car that I wanted very quickly on their website, a 2014 Ford Escape. I talked to Curtis about the car that I wanted and we finished filling out my application on Thursday and by Saturday I was driving to Sealy to get my new car! The monthly payments were more than I would have liked but they gave me some good advice about when to refinance. Everyone was very helpful and the whole process only took a couple of hours. I am glad that I went with Ryan Ford. If I did not, then I might be in a car that I really did not want or nothing at all. Big thanks to everyone there!! More
