When the time finally came to consider the purchase, I discovered Ryan Ford on this site and others. I called the dealership and asked for the sales person I had zeroed in on - Sabrena Torres. And to my great pleasure, when she answered, she sounded like and treated me just like I had hoped. She talked with me about my needs and desires and made me very comfortable to set an appointment to make Ryan Ford my first shopping stop and what turned out to be my last shopping stop to buy the truck I wanted and needed. From that first phone call to the moment I picked up my new F150 XLT my experiance was relaxed and fun and what I was looking for in a car dealership. Sabrena was great. She worked to find just the right truck for me and then helped me through the whole process till everything was complete. Much of the process was done on the phone which helped a lot since I am a small business owner and time is very tight. And Westley McKeehan's help in finance, was great too.
